Bienvenida, welcome.

I’m Stephanie,

a somatic psychotherapist guiding individuals into deeper, embodied healing.

I help people reconnect with themselves in a deeper, more embodied way. You may have been on a healing path for years through therapy, self-reflection, spirituality, or plant medicine, yet still feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in relationship patterns that continue repeating.

Maybe you’re the one everyone leans on while quietly carrying grief, emotional heaviness, or the pressure of holding everything together. You may struggle to fully relax, trust yourself, or feel secure in connection. Deep down, you long to feel more grounded, authentic, connected, and at home within yourself.

If you are sensitive, intuitive, or deeply attuned to others, you likely know how easy it is to lose connection with your own needs while caring for everyone else. Many of the people I work with are tired of surviving, overthinking, people-pleasing, or carrying emotional responsibility for others while feeling disconnected from their bodies, intuition, and inner truth.

As a Latina, bilingual, and LGBTQ+ therapist, I hold space with lived understanding around identity, belonging, and cultural roots.

My work blends somatic therapy, IFS-informed parts work, trauma and grief integration, mindfulness, and earth-centered practices. Together, we move at a pace your body can trust while creating space for the parts of you that feel overwhelmed, protective, disconnected, or exhausted. This work is not about fixing you. It is about helping you reconnect with yourself more fully and creating the safety for healing, authenticity, and deeper connection to emerge.

My work is shaped not only by professional training, but also by a deep respect for the complexity of healing. I believe healing is not linear. I honor the courage it takes to keep returning to yourself.

I believe healing happens through presence, honesty, compassion, and authentic connection — when your body finally has enough safety to soften and let go.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if this feels like a supportive place to land.
