  • have done therapy, reflection, or spiritual work

  • feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stretched thin

  • look “strong” on the outside but feel disconnected inside

  • are tired of carrying everything for others

  • are spiritually curious or drawn to ritual and intention

  • want deeper connection to their body, truth, and relationships

  • want slow, intentional, embodied healing—not quick fixes

  • want to work with a Latina, LGBTQ+ therapist, or value bilingual English/Spanish support

Who This Work Is For

How I Work

Somatic Therapy

We slow down and listen to your body’s signals—tension, tightness, numbness, or emotion—and use breath, awareness, and grounding to help your system release what it’s been holding.

IFS-Informed Parts Work

We gently explore the parts of you that protect, overwork, shut down, or feel frightened. With compassion, we help these parts soften, feel understood, and integrate.

Trauma & Grief Integration

For the unfinished emotional pieces—loss, transitions, relational wounds, or experiences your body still remembers—we work slowly and safely to bring healing and clarity.

Earth-Centered Practices

Healing through intention, ritual, mindfulness, and connection to the natural world. These practices help you reconnect with meaning, ancestry, and the deeper wisdom inside you.

What Sessions Look Like

Session Length:

55 minutes

Format:

Virtual therapy (in-person coming soon to South Florida)

Frequency:

Consistent sessions help create meaningful change. Together, we will choose a frequency that supports your needs.

Slow, intentional, and led by what your body is ready for

Grounding, atunement, gentle honesty, and compassionate challenge

Sessions are collaborative and present-moment. We work with what feels true in your system; not a rigid agenda.

Rates & Payment

  • PAYMENT

    I currently offer self-pay sessions, which supports the kind of slow, intentional, embodied work I do.

    Superbills may be provided upon request for clients with insurance in CO and FL.

  • RATE

    $150.00 per 55-minute session

  • METHOD

    Client’s will provide payment information, which is stored securely, and is charged at the end of each session (or in accordance with our agreement).
